In this year’s weekend, we explore and sing music and words that call us homeward. Saints and the great cloud of witnesses, gratitude and memory, and the promises of Christ’s reign of peace and justice—we sing these during November. As love deepens in this season, we journey in song and promises. Eric Wall is the Director of Music at White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to beginning this call in the summer of 2025, he was the Gene Alice Sherman Associate Professor of Sacred Music and Dean of the Chapel at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is also Conference Center Musician at Montreat Conference Center in North Carolina. He and his wife Mary—and golden retriever Ernie—live in Cary, NC.
